Nationwide Delivery Service

We have four basic standard delivery charges as follows:-

1. Boxable items up to one metre in length = £9.99 + VAT


2. Items over 1 metre in length but less than 3 metres = £12.50 + VAT


3. Items over 3 metres and up to 5.5 metres = £13.80 + VAT


4. Powder coated aluminium products over 1 metre in length = £25.00 + VAT

The above charge includes packaging and insurance and we regret to inform you that for these reasons the boxable charge cannot be reduced even for the smallest consignment. The goods are always sent on an overnight service once they leave our depot unless the order is received on a Friday whereupon the goods will be despatched on the Monday. You can opt for a Saturday delivery, please see further down page

When you should expect delivery?

The majority of our boxable orders are sent out on the day that the order is received on an overnight service. Accordingly, you will receive the following day. Larger orders that include lengths of fascia, soffit and gutter may take a further day to package/process. It is expected that you should receive these consignments within 3 working days after placing the order. Naturally, this is also dependent on our work load at the particular time of ordering.

You will receive an email advising you of the delivery day. Goods will be delivered at some point during that day normally between 8am – 6pm and it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to check and sign for the goods when they arrive.

Please do not organise workmen or labour until you have received the goods as no claim will entertained by us for any delays or extra costs associated with labour ‘down time’ or indeed any other consequential loss of any kind

Can I specify a time for delivery?

Yes you can but the following charges will be added to your existing delivery charge as follows:-

Before 9.30am on a weekday £38.00 + VAT
Before Midday on a weekday £25.00 + VAT
Saturday before Midday £55.00 + VAT

If you wish to choose one of the above time options you must insert the request in the ‘Special Instructions’ box during the checkout process. Please note that your screen order will still state the standard delivery charge but the extra charge will be added to your order and will appear on your invoice Please note that this service is only applicable to orders being delivered to England and Wales.

** Excessive Weight / Extra Packaging

Certain consignments will incur additional delivery charge costing i.e. aluminium guttering and downpipes and lead products. You will see notification of this in the title page of each of the above products. These extra charges are in addition to the above surcharge area costs.

In this instance you will be contacted by one of our sales team, by email, who will advise you of the additional cost. To proceed with the order, you will need to reply to the email stating your acceptance to the additional charge, whereupon the order will be processed and payment will be taken
