** Excessive Weight / Extra Packaging
Certain consignments will incur additional delivery charge
costing i.e. Twinson Decking.
You will see notification of this in the title page of each
of the above products. These extra charges are in addition
to the above surcharge area costs.
In this instance you will
be contacted by one of our sales team, by email, who will
advise you of the additional cost. To proceed with the order,
you will need to reply to the email stating your acceptance
to the additional charge, whereupon the order will be processed
and payment will be taken
International Deliveries
We are able to transport consignments to all international
destinations with a maximum consignment length of 2 metres
Should you require this type of service please continue to place
your order online but disregard the stated delivery charge. Upon
receipt of an international order we will make contact with you and
quote the freight costs to you and we will only proceed once we receive
firm confirmation from you. When placing order please opt for the 'payment via phone'
option during the checkout process which will mean you won't have to leave your credit card details.
Once the order and freight costs have been agreed, payment will be required by way of direct bank transfer
Most international consignments will reach the intended destination within 3-5 working days
