We have 4 basic delivery charges as follows:-
Boxable Items up to one metre in length
Items over one metre and up to 5.5 metres in length
Heavy Awkward Items
It works like this. If you order, for instance, any number of items in category 1 the charge will be £9.99. However, as soon as you add a product to your cart tfrom category 2 the price will change to £15.00. Or if you add an item from No 3 the price will change to £25.00. The higher delivery charge will always prevail as soon as you add an item from that category to the cart.
There is no minimum or maximum limit. You can order as little as you like although one small gutter bracket is still going to cost £9.99 because we send by registered courier in a box with insurance.
We often get asked by customers wishing to purchase a single small item like a gutter bracket whether we can put it in a jiffy bag and send it in the post. The answer to that is, yes, if it fits in a jiffy bag, however if we send via this method we will not accept any claim for losses or damages. Accordingly, you are best advised to stick to the insured method so that you are covered.
There is however one exception and that is replacement rubber gutter seals and clips in the Terrain range. The delivery charge for sending these out is actually £5.00 because they are fairly inexpensive and can easily fit into a jiffy bag

How to check we have sufficient stock
Call 020 8254 0038. Ask for 'Stock Check' You will need to quote our stock codes
Once your goods have been picked and packaged you will receive an email from us advising you that your order has left our depot. This email will tell you how many packages are being delivered to you and by what courier. Goods will be delivered at some point during the next working day normally between 8am - 6pm. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to check and sign for the goods when they arrive.
Please do not organise any workmen or labour until you have received the goods in useable condition as no claim will entertained by us for any delays or extra costs associated with labour, down time or indeed any other consequential loss of any kind or for whatever reason.
* Customers often ask if it is quicker for them to place the order over the phone instead of online. We always tell them that orders placed online are received directly in the warehouse and are often picked, packed and ready for despatch quicker than our sales team can actually generate a telephone order and get the paperwork to the warehouse floor. The delivery time expectations shown in the table above are based on orders received directly online and they will always take precedent.
Timed Delivery Surcharges
You can pay extra to arrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Unfortunately, due to the different types of packages sent our system is not clever enough to work this out for you at point of placing the order.

If you would like to opt for one of these services please instruct us as to which one by inserting the required time in the 'Special Instruction Box' which you will come across during the checkout process. You should write something like "PLEASE DELIVER MY GOODS ON THE PRE 10.30 SERVICE"
You may specify the day in which you would like to receive the goods and if this is the case please write your date in the 'Special Instruction Box'
We will then need to debit the extra amount from you which can be done via credit card or Paypal.
If you have paid for the main order by credit card then please type the last 3 digits on the back of your credit card into the 'Special Instruction Box' alongside the above message.
If you have paid for the original order via Paypal we will send you a request for the extra fee via Paypal. If however time is short we may instead call you for a credit card payment over the phone.
Please note that these timed services are offered in the best faith but problems can still occur and so if your package is not delivered by the courier within the 'Timed Service' our liability to you will solely be to reimburse you for the extra fee paid and nothing else. Please do not organise any workmen or labour until you have received the goods in useable condition as no claim will entertained by us for any delays or extra costs associated with labour, down time or indeed any other consequential loss of any kind or for whatever reason.

If your delivery address is in one of the following areas you can check the table below to see the surcharge that will need to be added to your order should you wish to proceed.
Unfortunately, our system isn't clever enough to configure this at point of placing the order so you will still only see the standard charge when placing your order
Upon receiving your order we will email you with a request for the surcharge amount. At this point you are free to cancel the order and we will refund all monies paid up to that point.
We hope that the surcharge doesn't put you off, we're not gaining financially, we're simply recouping the amount we are being charged by the relevant courier company.
